If you are a new customer, here are the steps to install your Keystone Bank app without even going to the bank for help or assistance.
You need to download the Keystone Bank app on your mobile phone through click on your Google Play store or app store and allow to install.
- Open, Then sign in to register the app.
- Change your location (Nigeria).
- Choose an account – “Saving or Current account“.
- Enter your name (First name, Middle name and Last name).
- Type in your date of birth (.
- Select “Gender” (Male/Female).
- Click next to proceed.
- Enter your mobile number, email address, and National ID number and type in your city.
- Next, proceed.
- Then provide detail of “Next of kin’s“. Person’s phone number.
- Title (Mother, Brother or Father).
- Enter a “Password“
- You will receive an “OTP” (One-Time Password) on your mobile number. Congratulations you have opened an account with the Keystone Bank.

To activate your account as an existing customer
- Enter your “Account Number“.
- Click on “Continue“.
- Enter the authentication code that is sent to your SMS.
- Log in with your “ID, and a password and confirm the password code”.
- Enter your “Phone number and a referral code“.
- Select the secret question and the secret answers.
Click on continue. You have registered your Keystone Bank mobile app.
